Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. During holidays, sales, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Because many of our candles and products are handmade in small batches, we take extra care to ensure every order meets our quality standards before shipment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Prideful Scents is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before your order ships.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
